Prayer Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Surface a prayer network in a city
• Explore churches, businesses and other groups to find people who have a heart for prayer and for seeing Christ change their city
• Share the vision of Cities of the World to engage prayer partners
• Coordination
• Provide leadership to the prayer network
• Lead network into an effective ministry role in that city
• Service the network
• Provide updates on the work being done in the city and continued vision for the project 
• Resource prayer partners with materials and training when needed
• Leadership in prayer
• Gathering prayer needs 

  Qualifications for this position:

• A deep, growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ
• A genuine desire to see people’s lives changed
• A passion for prayer and getting others involved in prayer
• Ability to network and connect individuals in a team situation
• A strong leader able to inspire the team
• A respected individual in the community, church and in business
• A professional approach and demeanor
• Highly organized, energetic and self-motivated
• Able to work independently 
• Able to get a project started and see it through to the end
• Experience in ministry or business
