Regional City Director


Responsibilities:

  • Recruit an International City Strategy Team
  • Surface a High Performance Team of eight individuals to implement the overarching Cities of the World strategy in their city. Team members should have backgrounds in ministry, prayer, finance, administration, and media
  • Cast the vision of Cities of the World to engage potential members
  • Strategy Development
  • Consult with the team to create a City Campaign Strategy
  • Give leadership to the team
  • Develop team members through innovative
  • Provide continued leadership as the strategy is implemented
  • Creatively solve problems 

    Qualifications:

  • A deep, growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ
  • A genuine desire to see people’s lives changed
  • Ability to network and connect individuals in a team situation
  • A strong leader able to inspire the team
  • Skilled in leadership development
  • A respected individual in the community, church and in business
  • A professional approach and demeanor
  • A creative, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Highly organized, energetic and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently
  • A willingness to learn
  • Able to get a project started and see it through to the end; a problem-solver
  • Must have experience in ministry or business and a thorough understanding of evangelism
  • Past experience with Campus Crusade for Christ and an understanding of our vision
  • Reporting Relationships:
  • Reports directly to the Cities of the World Director 

    Working Conditions:
     

  • Office will be home-based
  • Some international travel will be required
