Responsibilities:

• Develop online strategy and presence 
• Manage and direct current site 
• Construct new areas and functions of site 
• Redesign site when a new site needed 
• Perform any needed updates 
• Work closely with Truth Media

• A deep, growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ 
• A genuine desire to see people’s lives changed 
• A professional approach and demeanor 
• A desire to look after the online interests of Athletes in Action 
• Knowledge, competence, and understanding of the following:
  * HTML and PHP
  * XML and XXS
  * CSS
  * Fluent in Macromedia
  * Dreamweaver
  * Adobe Creative Suite
  * MySQL
   Ability to work in a team environment
   Ability to be flexible in design and attitude

Reporting Relationships:
Reports directly to AIA Communications Director

Working Conditions:
Normal office conditions prevail
