Ministry Representative

Responsibilities:

Represent Connecting Streams

• Initiate and cultivate connections and partnerships with leaders of churches, organizations and denominations to empower them to mobilize women for evangelism/discipleship
• Create networks of leaders working together to reach targeted areas
• Speak, teach, conduct workshops on mobilizing women for evangelism/discipleship
• Member of Leadership Team: Work together with the leadership team to seek the Lord and help in the development of tools and strategies to help women reach their world
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the ministry 
• Bring personal expertise and gifting to the team 

  Qualifications for this position:

• A deep, growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ
• A genuine desire to see people’s lives changed 
• A professional approach and demeanor. Excellent people skills 
• Ability to build a team and work independently. A team player 
• Passion for the vision of “connecting streams” of women to reach their world 
• Good communications skills. Ability to speak to groups and share the ministry’s vision 
• 5 years of ministry experience 
• Willing/able to travel

 

Reporting Relationships:
Reports directly to Connecting Streams Director

Working Conditions:
Work independently but as a member of a growing national team
