Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in the management and development - both spiritually and professionally - of the Human Resources Department
  • Strategic Leadership Development: To acquire and utilize the people needed to effectively accomplish our organizational objectives.

    Qualifications:

  • A deep, growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ
  • A genuine desire to see people’s lives changed
  • Proven leadership development abilities
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills

  • Teambuilding skills and abilities 
  • Bachelors of Business Administration (HR specialty) 
  • 5+ years of related experience

 

Reporting Relationships:
Reports directly to the Core Service Executive Director

Working Conditions:
Normal office conditions prevail
