Power to Change Recognized
for Workplace Excellence

Power to Change was recently chosen as a Best Christian Places to Work in Canada finalist for 2008. Organizations are recognized based on a benchmark of excellence; in order to qualify, organizations must score an average of 4.0 out of 5.0 or higher on the Best Christian Workplaces Survey. Employees are asked to rank their employer in categories such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Christian witness, supervisory effectiveness, work satisfaction, personal growth and development, management effectiveness, customer/supporter satisfaction, teamwork, communications, pay and benefits.

According to the survey, people love to work for the Best Christian Workplaces in Canada for two reasons:  the cause and the culture.  One staff member says, “ I get to use my skills, what God has gifted me with, to reach the world with Christ’s love. It’s an honour to work with so many passionate people.”
