Simple Prayers Of Children

Written by stacy

“And he said: ‘I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.’”
(Matt. 18:3)

As a mother and grandmother, I love books with children’s prayers.? Like these…

“Dear God.? Please send me a pony.? I’ve never asked for anything before.? You can look it up!”

“Dear God, we read in school that Thomas Edison made light.? But, in Sunday school, they said You did it.? So, I bet he stole your idea.”

“Dear God.? The bad people laughed when Noah built a boat on dry land.? But, he was smart.? He stuck with You.? And, that’s what I’m gonna do, too.”

I love the simplicity of a child’s heart for God.? In fact, the Lord says we’re to come to Him in faith, believing… as a little child.? Do that, friend… don’t just talk about prayer… spend time daily with the Lord and come to Him with the simple heart of a child!
