He Strengthens You

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.

Lila was expecting her fourth child when she suddenly suffered a miscarriage.? ? Soon there were serious complications and she was rushed to the hospital.? She slipped in and out of consciousness as her family and friends prayed fervently.?

Lila could only focus on one clear thought that persisted in her mind.? It was: “I can endure…I can survive…I can withstand…all things through Christ who strengthens me.????

She realized God was promising to help her through this crisis.?

When Lila returned home, she found the exact Scripture in Philippians, which says: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.????

Lila praised God for His Word, which gave her the strength to live.

Friend, when you feel like you cannot go another step, call upon God to renew your strength.? He will never let you down.
