“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience”
(Colossians 3:12).
When it comes to reaching others for Christ, remember: “People won’t care how much you know…until they know how much you care.”
A school was holding a contest on which child had shown the most compassion.? The winner was a little six-year-old boy.? His neighbor, an elderly gentleman, had just lost his wife to cancer. The boy noticed the man crying and determined he’d help.? He went next door and climbed onto the man’s lap.? He later told his mother, “There wasn’t much I could do, so I just…helped him cry!”
All around you people are hurting.? They need to see the love of Christ… not just by your words, but also by what you do.? Remember: “People won’t care how much you know…until they know how much you care.”
