“If I hold iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me???
(Psalm 66:18).
Mindy loved her father, but was angry? with him for divorcing her mother. Over the years, Mindy’s anger and bitterness created a wall between her and her father.? As a result, Mindy’s relationship with the Lord suffered too.
Then a friend read her a passage from the book of Psalms.? God’s word says, “If I hold iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.???? Mindy realized there was a connection between her anger? with her father and a distant relationship with God.
Dear one, there may be someone in your life who you need to forgive. Someone’s name or face may come to your mind.? Forgive them in your heart right now.? Then make contact with that person that the wounds of the past may be healed.? Don’t let anything interfere in your relationship with God.
