Out Of Control

Written by stacy

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law”
(Galatians 5:22-23).

Jenny Boucek played professional basketball for the WNBA’s Cleveland Rockers.? Today, she’s assistant coach for the Seattle Storm.*

Jenny has discovered that there’s a lot you can’t control in professional sports.? On any one day you can get fired or wind up with a career-ending injury.? You’re also frequently on the road away from your family.

But Jenny found when circumstances are out of control, God is still in control.? In the face of these challenges, having a personal relationship with God has given her much more peace and joy in what she’s doing.? God can turn any situation into a blessing.

Friend, do your circumstances seem out of control right now?? As an athlete in the game of life, turn to Jesus.? He’ll be the best Coach you’ve ever known!
