Ways To Give

Perfect Peace

Written by stacy

“People with their minds set on you, you keep completely whole, Steady on their feet, because they keep at it and don’t quit.”
(Isaiah 26:3)

Terry was depressed.? The quality of her schoolwork had declined.? Her parents thought seriously of bringing her home.?

Her problem was depression… and it’s running rampant on school campuses.? Both parents and faculty are frustrated.?

Terry’s parents searched for answers.? Nutritionist Jordan Rubin says, “The most important step to fighting depression is to fix your mind on the Lord.???? If you do, the Bible says God will keep you in perfect peace.?

But, Terry attended Bible studies regularly.? Nutritionist Rubin continued, “If your spiritual life is on track, then focus on your physical health to reduce depression.???? As you might guess, Terry wasn’t eating right or sleeping well.

Friend, if depression is hitting you or your family, check your spiritual health first.? Then, take inventory of your physical and emotional health.? God can and will help you through this.
