A four-year – old girl was picking dandelions and bringing them to her parents.? So her mother offered her daughter a penny for each one she picked.?
Later, the young girl proudly handed her mother a large sack of dandelions.? Her mother looked out at the yard, and it was still spotted with the yellow flowers.? Puzzled, she asked what happened.? The little girl simply replied, “Oh Mommy, they were much easier to find in our neighbor’s yard!”? ?
Oh dear friend, we make the same mistake when it comes to our heavenly Father!? Your “front yard??? is filled with neighbors who need us to reach out with His love.? But so often we look elsewhere for a mission field.? Let God use you right where you are . . . there in your own front yard!
