Depression

Written by stacy

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
(John 10:10)

Depression.? It has so many causes.? Stress.? Loss.? Unforgiveness. Unconfessed sin.? Spiritual warfare.? Even chemical imbalance.? All of these can contribute to a feeling of hopelessness and despair.

Sarah struggled with depression for years.? It always hovered over her … and at times she was overwhelmed.? Sarah was a Christian.? She began to wonder if God even cared about her.? ? Sarah discovered He did care! His help came through the counsel of friends and medical support.? ?

Precious one, your life doesn’t have to be filled with despair.? God wants you to have life to the fullest.? Don’t be afraid to ask for help.? Find a godly person who can point you to the truth in God’s Word.? Put your hope in the Lord. Trust Him and rest your weary soul.
