He created us all to have that sweet communion with the Father and Son. It's all worship without end. He loves it and all the angels rejoice when we remember who the King is. We are missionaries, just by our actions everywhere ( the grocery store, the restaurant, etc) and we have missionaries in foreign countries. We all need to be remembering each other in prayer, because our task of spreading the Word is not an easy one. That is my heart's prayer today, that God would use me and others as living examples of His love in our lives. Maybe if we all focus a little more on that, the troubles of our lives won't seem as important. What a great reminder that we, as Christians, have a job to do. Thank you so much for the words of wisdom. Sometimes as a Christian we take for granted the ALL of the things that God has given us, and we never ask God what HE wants of us. I am reminded of the song,"Make me a Servant" as I read the devotional today. Our prayer should always be of servanthood, and doing God's wonderful work to further his kingdom. I am so glad you shared your verse with me. I too will keep it to remind me that I CAN make a change in the world. God Bless and keep sending those devotions. And i know that it is only in God's word that we find joy, happiness and love.
