(Psalm 63:1a) When I first sought this website I was trying to replace my daily devotional with something more structured. I daily read a Psalm (#149 today, if you do thirty Psalms a month you will read them all in 5 months), I also read a Proverb (and the months that only have 30 days I read Proverb 31 on the 1st). I also read a chapter in the New Testament. Today is the 29th so I read Psalm 29, Proverb 29 and Romans 14... (I know it doesn't match the day of the month!) Well, ... you guessed it I have ADDED this devotional to my old way and the blessings are increased! Sometimes when you all share your comments through the daily devotional you say exactly what I would say. This past week I've had different people e-mail me to share burdens and pray with them. I think when we focus on our relationships it makes us happier because we aren't so self-absorbed. Lord Jesus Thank-you for this website and all the wonderful sharing through people's comments. Thank-you for Gail and her gifted ability to write. You know our burdens and needs before we ask. I say a specific prayer for my niece as she faces medical tests. Lift her fears and heal her.
