I am still fairly new to this online group, but so far I love it. I would love to do the online study group...if I can. I tried to do one of the 15 min. chats and as soon as we got through prayer my 5 1/2 month old needed me. I felt so bad I had to get up and go with out explaining. By the time I got back everyone was gone :( When will it be, and what time?

Marcie, I agree with you that studying God's word is one of life's biggest blessings.
These new opportunities that God is providing to do that together are so exciting.

I'm thrilled to hear you are going to try it, Carmen. It is a stretching experience but I know you will be blessed.

Dannna, I understand your reluctance to join an online group. Many women are unsure of joing an online chat and one must be wise in choosing. However let me assure you that this is a safe way to engage with other women. If you decide to try it you will be pleasantly surprised and blessed. I'm so pleased you blog and share your thoughts with us here. The Bible study chat is really just an expansion of that.

It's so good to connect with one another in this way. Blessings today!

Warmly,
Gail

Studying the word with other women is one of the lifes biggest blessings. I believe God brings women together to share, encourage and love one another. I have grown more in my spiritual walk with the Lord by what I have learned in small groups, with other women. (More so than from some pastors.) No matter what language we speak, or where we live, we are one in Christ. I have traveled a lot in my lifetime, and meeting other Christian women all over the world is a blessing. Even if I only heard them sing "Jesus loves me" in their language - it was beautiful. I can see where the computer would be a wonderful blessing for someone who could not get out to a Bible study. Thanks for the idea !

I enjoy studying the Word I have never join one online.
My comment on a critic, often you find no point of agreement. It seems they disagree or are negative about everything! Usually I try to engage them away from the negative point to discuss a more neutral position, often this works but if it doesn't, avoid a confrontation with them. I believe the Bible says avoid such encounters.
