Child of God

** You are more than what you do or where you live. You are a human being who is loved by God: http://marriageuncensoredtalk.com/loveandgod/

Amanda believed there was a God.  She just wasn’t sure who He was or what He did.

Reflecting back, she’d always been a “good kid,” until life took a sudden turn.  At age 12, her mother passed away.  Her life spiraled down in a pit of drugs and alcohol….Until college, when Amanda began attending a Bible study.

She asked a friend about what it meant to “accept Christ.”  As Amanda prayed and invited Jesus to come into her life, tears streamed down her face.  She begged God to forgive her of all she’d done wrong.  She wanted Jesus to be part of her life.  Amanda said, “Since that day, I’m a changed person.  I don’t think I would have survived my freshman year without the Lord in my life.”

Dear friend, when you turn your heart over to God, He will change your life!

Amanda shares, “Since that day, I am a changed person. I have been clean of drugs and alcohol for nearly two years and I am living a life of purpose and promise. I don’t think I would have survived my freshman year without the Lord in my life and every day I remind myself of how wonderful it is to be a child of God.”
