Kim Norton was desperate. She had just learned that her young daughter had Cerebral Palsy and a form of autism. Now Kim was faced with a special-needs child, along with a brand new baby. How could she ever tell them about Jesus? Kim prayed and asked God for a solution. The idea came to sing scripture into them!
And that’s a great way to teach your children about the Bible. There are many ways… but the point is to teach them! God’s Word will help you and your family.
Memorize scripture together whether spoken or in song. The Bible says “I’ve banked your promises in the vault of my heart.”
Well, Kim’s Bible training method didn’t stop with her family. She now teaches children and parents nationwide to learn God’s Word… one song at a time.

“I sing” really was encouraging to me. Our 16 year old Asperger Syndrome grandson, lives with us and attends high school. I spend most of the day in God’s word and praying and seeking God’s help.
The other day our grandson, started singing “Swing low sweet chariot” I was so surprised! Because when he was younger, a little
toddler and lad it one of the songs of a medley I sang every time after praying before he fell asleep. God is restoring him day by day bit by bit. I found thy words and I did eat them! Thank you, Father for Words of Life!
OK, I’ll think about it
I wonder why, too. This is very disappointing.
To Dianne,
I have noticed that we are no longer given an option to automatically receive new comments posted. Will miss if it’s permanent. Wonder why??
Praying the Holy Spirit will help you come up with something to replace your last initial. Have fun being creative.
my son is a specail needs child, he does best with routines.during the time they were off from school I would have a hard time with him because our routines were broken, It left to much time on his hands. so I started having Bible study with all 3 kids when their not in school.summer vacations, fall& spring break and snow days.one child will teach one will lead songs and one will lead prayer.they even worked out a schedule between them.I usually do the craft and snack. They love it and they are learning alot about God’s word.I find they even study when were not on breaks , they play church instead of school. So we have a specail routine for all the kids now on down time that they can benefit from.they look forward to it also.
Hi, ladies. This is Dianne trying to find a way to recieve new comments regarding my question about how the new Dianne who recently posted and I will distinguish ourselves from each other.
I am on someone elses’s computer because I am out of town, and I am not being given the option of choosing to have new comments e-mailed to me through this one.
Any ideas, ladies? I know that I really don’t want to use my last initial if I can help it.
I may not be able to check my e-mail or this site for the next two days, but if someone can post anyway, I’ll eventually get it.

Wow! this site is amazing and is really divinely ordained by the Lord. This morning in my early hours before turning my comouter on. My early hours of the morning is spent with my main man…”Jesus”. He waits for me every morning at 5 o’clock. I am a Therapuetic Professional Foster Parent and I have been having some problems with one of my boys and the Lord spoke to me and said, “tell him to find a song that he likes and to start his morning singing this song”. We too sing a lot in our home and I start my morning with a song for the Lord. I then begin to listen to him for he has for me for that day and then pray. It is my stength. I was so amazed and then I wasn’t because this is one of the mysteries of the Lord. But my 16 year old teen needed to see that. I showed him the devotion for the day and he began singing. Praise the Lord. Pray for me ladies that this young man be all that the Lord has required him to be. So much potenial, but so many issues and he’s a risk taker in a dangerous way, but I do believe the Lord has his hands on him and will take care of him. Praise the Lord for this site. Bless everyone connected with it Lord. Amen
This is fantastic. I am really excited to get this CD. I often struggle with the best way to teach and show my children (3 and 5) God’s love everyday, and doing so through song is so powerful. As a mom who struggles with self esteem and fear, the best gift I can give my children is to know Jesus and raise them in a home filled with God’s promises!
