Leslie threw her heart, mind and body into one short-term fling after another. She was constantly searching for a prince who would cherish her forever.
And then she encountered *Him.* And by “Him” I mean the God who created her. Leslie had casually known Him for years, but never allowed Him to get close. God saw straight into her soul. Leslie feared He wouldn’t love her if He knew what she had done. But the more time she spent with the Lord, the more Leslie began to understand His love. It melted her heart. With tears coursing down her face, she told Him that her heart belonged to Him.

You and your husband are BOULDERS today!! And know your husband Praises Him for your obedient heart, and for the wonderful Warrior standing beside him in this daily battle..He is among the blessed and has an armor bearer..have said that before about you..and the Lord shows my heart this day! He’s got a “Proverbs 31 Woman”, too!
As you know, the enemy has been on a roar concerning marriages! Ours didn’t get to where it is today, overnight, but we are boulders today, too! And am proud of that!!! Now this will make you laugh!! We both were bona fide “frogs” before the Lord!! Today, we are Prince and Princess..and HE is the reason for the amazing, miraculous transformation in us, too! ONLY HE could have made us into what we are today! Am soooo grateful for Him and His amazing power to change hearts! Am grateful this morning, too, that you dear Ann are in this special family here! You add so much to us..We are able to be refreshingly honest and that is how it should be in a family! Grateful for you and the other sisters here that make up our family group here!!! God Bless All this day!!!!
Dear Ladies, I really waat you all to know it is so important that we can release out of our wells. We women hold so much in and sometimes it is spewing over. IT is a healing balm that we can share and release. All I hear the Lord saying is to release and let it out.We all have mamy things that we go through and we hold on to much. This is where we get into trouble at least it has been with me because there was no more room in my spirit for it to go. Because of who I am and who is all wrap up in my life I would say who can I tell. who would understand, who would judge me for this feeling. Yes, we have a God who we can talk to but sometimes we need a release valve and this has been one for me. This website has been a healing machine for me and thank you. We will not judge one another, but support and pray that the strength of the Lord will prevail. I too had a rough marriage and I thank God I can honestly say I am so very appreciative to the man I have been married to for 42 years. I wanted to release myself from him, but the Lord wouldn’t allow me to. So he ihas taken all of our brokeness and has used it to be a witness to other marriages. It was very very difficult for me but the lord knew the plan he had for me. I am so thank ful that I obeyed even when I didn’t undrstand many times why. I love you ladies you have become my family and to God ber the Glory for the things he has done.

Your earthen Prince is coming into the Kingdom, too, dear Joy..He sees your loving example in front of him..and all the prayers of your church community and the “siterhood” here? Victory will come.. Thank you for the true and beautiful comments about our special sister, Sharon, too..Someone at today’s devotional said she is a gentle spirit and that is soooooo true!!! The Lord is listening to her sincere prayers, too! And you say more in fewer words, dear Sharon, but we all enjoyed the special sharing on this devotional..like Joy said. Sharon it is so wonderful that you could share your story, such saddness and also so much happiness in your life. I will pray that you will have many wonderful years with your husband Bill. Your story was wonderful, not too long and who cares if some words are not spelled exactly right, it was a beautiful story and you shared it with us, that’s what counts. THE LORD MUST HAVE BLESSED A LOT OF US WITH GOOD MEN. MY FIRST HUSBAND LEFT ME FOR SOMEONE WHO WAS MY’FRIEND’ WHEN MY CHILDREN WERE BABIES HE AS HAD NO CONTACT WITH THEM SENCE THEY WERE LITTLE,BUT MY SECOND HUSBAND HELPED ME RAISE THEM INTO THEIR TEENS AND WAS AWONDER HUSBAND AND FATHER UNFORTUNALY HE PASSED AWAY AT HOME ONE DAY WHILE I WAS AT WORK HE HAD A HEARTATTACK WE DIDNOT EVEN KNOW THERE WAS ANY THING WRONG WITH HIS HEART. BUT GOD DOES NOT SHUT ONE DOOR WITHOUT OPENING ANOTHER BECAUSE AVERY GOOD MAN CAME INTO OUR LIVES MY HUSBAND BILL WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED 13 YEARS NOW AND HE HAS BEEN SUCH A BLESSING TO ME AND MY CHILDRE AND HE IS THE ONLY GRANDPA MY GRANDCHILDREN HAVE EVER KNOWN. GOD HAS TRUELY BLESSED ME MANY TIMES OVER. BUT WITHOUT GOD I NEVER WOULD HAVE COME THROUGH.GOD IS GREAT. I WILL BE PRAYING FOR ALL OF YOU SEET LADIES TONIGHT.

I would like to say How Thankful I Too Am For” Heavenly Prince Jesus Christ” who in turn gave me my earthly Prince my Husband of 32 yrs. He has been my True Friend as we have gone trough many valley’s together with Our Heavenly Father Always Leading And Guiding Us and I just want to Thank The Lord For All He Has Done In my Life and For Bringing Me to the site where I have met so many Wonderful People & we are all One Big Family and Can & Do Pray For One Another. May The Lord Richly Bless Each & Everyone Of You!
Thank you dear Sharon and Chris..And Chris you are using such wisdom and worthy of an “earthen prince” Your waiting on your Lord, Psalm 46:10 in this will pay amazing dividends in this life, too! Sharon has one, too! And, they are worth “waiting for”! I didn’t even know the Lord at the time..and am extremely blessed that HE knew us..and drew us both to HIM!!! My husband knows all of you as I share you..and He is praying for our friend, Patti, along with us, too! Just know that I didn’t always give this wonderful man the credit that He deserved all along..But as the years passed? And the growth from our Lord came..and still growing, too, as you know from recent sharings!..HE showed me what a wonderful thing HE did for me in 1964!!! Amen!!! Love you Ladies!!!

The Lord is my King and “Prince of Peace” and am so blessed by the earthen prince HE sent me in 1964..We’ll be starting a 44th year of marriage, God willing, in July this year..I didn’t always “recognize” this beautiful gift from the Lord beside me here as the earthen treasure he truly is! Ladies, you know how we women are and most of us expect too much from the important ones in our lives and need to recognize that they are human and flawed just like us!..But with our King/Prince at head of our homes..Peace truly can reign.. Today? Am so grateful for this “best friend” the Lord has given me in my husband.
Thank you Lord for your incredible mercy, gifts and all the love you flood into our lives when we turn to you..and even before..realizing today that you were loving us and waiting on us before we truly acknowledged you in relationship…And, that even when we get “off track” in our human ways..You are in the “restoration business”..That we learn from every earthen episode and are better the next time!..and for teaching us what real love is taught by your Agape ways towards us all that helps us overcome anything in this life! We love your first, so we can love others..Well! Amen!

Perfect timing here for this devotional to arrive. My darling 19 yr. old has just committed to a year with no boyfriend, just concentrating on her relationship with the Lord – but I see her struggle to hold to that, being a normal teen with lots of male friendships. I am praying for her strength to stay the course and feel this devotional and additional website will help her along this path. I have forwarded it to her computer :).

What a great devo today and beautiful story from Leslie. Like Suki and Leslie, this is my story too. More mistakes and regrets in my life took place during my teens years. I thank God for his forgiveness and His love. I too am grateful to have found the real Prince Charming and I thank Him for sending me my wonderful husband when I wasn’t even looking. At times I wonder how I deserved such a great guy but God had a plan and I am forever grateful. We’ll be married 20 years in May 2008 and have two great kids. Thanks again Lord for your many blessings.
Good morning ladies. When I read this mornings devotional, I immediately thought that I could have been Leslie. That is my story too and how I found Him – or should I say how He found me!

JESUS CHRIST SURE IS MY PRINCE CHARMING. With all the LOVE JESUS has for each of us, it is greater then any other love in our life time. JESUS LOVE IS THE GREATS GIFT OF ALL AND THE GREATS LOVE OF ALL. We are so BLESSED to have HIS love and not be afraid of losing that love or of losing that gift of being with him for all eternity.
