He is now with the Lord, but His writings still encourage and help us all!! Am encouraged by Dr. Bright's powerful comment above that "nothing is too big for our Lord to Handle". I need a lot of that right now. My sister died a month ago, she left two kids, I live far away from my family as I moved to join my husband. Even though I am with my husband I still sometimes feel very lonely and discouraged, worried about how my mother is doing so far from me. I worry about the kids who are 7 and 8 and have had to go to boarding school which they hate because their father has a shift job; he also works out of the country and the there arent any good schools near my parents for them to be day scholars. I am full of questions, regrets, pain, resentment and struggle. I want peace, to believe without doubt and to understand. I am almost laughing in disbelief. I need strength. I do believe in God's power, but please, pray for peace of mind, for sanity, for protection in God's hands.. I am tired of being tempted by feelings of anger and wanting God's revenge upon those who have caused hurt, yet it is almost ridiculous how much I am being misunderstood, and treated now. I am fighting the feeling that people 'kick you when you you're down,' and especially when young, people can be inconsiderate. Please pray for me. I just ask God for a place of healing.
