I don’t think anyone can accurately tell what happens after death, christian or no christian. It maybe actually easier for non christian, since they don’t have to be worried about “hell”.

A Christian wouldn’t fear death (at least not in the sense of being worried about what will happen afterwards); however I’d say that someone who is not sure about what will happen after death should be worried about it.

Public speaking I understand. It used to be one of my greatest fears as well, not anymore since i joined toastmaster’s club :)) I would like to recommend to everyone, it really works!
But why would Christians fear death? Doesn’t it mean reunion with God?

I’ve heard it said that the #1 fear people have is public speaking … and that death is #2! As Jerry Seinfeld says, that means someone would rather be in the casket than doing the eulogy!

Personally, my biggest fear isn’t public speaking, it’s going to a social event like a party where I don’t know anyone. I really hate that!

Oh yes, and death too … I don’t think people spend much time thinking about death; maybe if we did we’d live our lives a bit differently!
