I truly agree that we are blessed when we let God take hold of the curves in our life. Life is more on life experiences but rejoice on the mountain top. May this week be one of holding God's hand through our life journey knowing full well, He loves us passionately and wants the best for us. Let us uphold each other up in prayer. God bless you all! Linda Goodhand Rodgers

thank you Linda Rogers for the devotional. in the past two years I'v had a few curves thrown at me and normally I would have handled them badly, looking for someone else to take the helm. these past two years have given me experiences that I never thought i could ever handle but handle them I did. surprisingly I was steadfast and calm and was at the helm of each situation. of course God was standing right beside me each time encouraging me. in reference to each of the promises here in the devotional-they have not failed me yet. I say 'yet' because I can't be so bold to know that when the next trial comes(and it will) that my serenity will come through.
Linda R.-, would you not agree: (quote)''We learn more in our mountain experiences than on our mountain tops?''-(unquote, not sure who said this)

Who likes curves in the road? Not me and I know I don't always react to them how I should, at least at first. But I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are given to us to help us grow and mature in the Lord and without them we would stay babes in Christ. Also they give us opportunities later in life to be able to help and encourage someone else when they are going through their curves. So even though they may not always be pleasant I have to be honest I am glad they are there and I know God is always right there with me with each and every curve I go through. Hugs, Linda!!!
