I liked what you said, and I too have found myself apologizing on more than one occasion for the fault of "Christians" We are Believers in Jesus Christ, yet we still sin. The difficulty is when you are faced with a situation where a non-believer portrays more Christ like behavior than a believer. So you asked Have you ever had someone challenge you with this issue? Yes, but I find it is often easier to talk about this with the non-believer, or the un-churched, than it is to address "sin in the camp" of a church. To tell you the truth I think my odds as a "believer" are better out in the streets than in the four walls of the church.
The Good Lord gifts us all differently, yet we are still to come into His image, I say we just need to embrace who it is that He has called us to be. The rest will all work out in the end. It has to, because He promised it would.
