Thanks for the devotional and thanks Arlette for your reply. You took the words right out of my mind. I feel the same and although the ups and down sides of life may be different, the out come is the same. Let go and Let God!!! Amen

Thank you for this devotional. I think for me it really pushes home the need to trust Him in all things. Sometimes that is so hard when you feel beaten up, down and sideways by the world. Slowly I have been coming to trust our Lord and it feels great! I have suffered several losses in recent times. I have dipped down to despair for a time because of the loss but never as deep as before I knew Him. I read and heard prayers for me that truly lifted my heart. I am beginning to know that whatever loss or sadness lay ahead the Lord is with me. I am learning not to stress and worry about the future but to pray that the Lord will guide me on His path. I give to the Lord the loved ones I have lost with the knowladge that while I miss them they are in His mansion in paradise and, by His grace, I’ll be with them again. For me it has been very important to forgive others and not be bitter. It is not easy as sometimes the bitterness creeps up on me or the insult against me is painful, unfair or untrue. I am learning that it does not matter. The important thing for me to to forgive and pray for the person or people daily. For me it isn’t just people I must forgive but myself too. I relish every verse that tells me how God loves and forgives. I think that seeing myself as valuable to Him has made me take better care of myself and then be better to other people. There is still a million things I do wrong and a million ways I fail but may we all dig our roots in deep and remember that He is Lord.
