In a school setting, students mocked a celebrity for her "goodie goodie" attitude. One student said, "I am sick of the way she loves her husband." Yet when the name of a foul-mouthed, rude, obnoxious comedian's name came up, students laughed and applauded her. My husband explained it to me. "People feel the foul comedian is beneath them, so they give her grace. The woman with values, however, makes people feel uncomfortable--perhaps a little above them. They want to bring her down." We can judge the actions of a person, but must let God deal with the person. My heart and prayers go out to Tiger Woods and his wife. I pray they will turn to God for healing.
