What if one cannot remember if one has asked for forgiveness on something that required confession? Loss of memory is a physical issue and sometimes I’m amazed at what I can remember and then sometimes I can’t remember the simpliest things.

we all need prayer in that area- In the Epistles, James talks about how lethal our tongues can be. I pray you can find the courage to apolgize to that cowroker and also to the others. They will respect you and your faith more. Asking forgivenss is hard, but remember to forgive yourself as well. We only learn from our mistakes.

I have a tendency to say things about people without realizing that it could be hurtful to them. I said something today in front of my coworkers that I should not have mentioned about someones past and I’m afraid they will tell this person what I said that was not meant the way they will probably tell it. Pray that it will not get back to this person and thst I will not do it ever again.
