Can we pray for you?
Your weakness is the very entry point of God’s strength. Invite Him into your weak places today and watch the truth of His word become real.
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9).
“As a man thinks in his heart, so he is” (Proverbs 23:7).
Thank you, Heavenly Father, that Your amazing grace is ENOUGH to cover all the weak areas of my life and character.
Thank you that my weaknesses, though hard to admit to, are the very entry points of Your grace and power.
Help me to change the way I view my weaknesses and rather than shrink from them and try to hid or cover them, may I bring them to You to fill with Your power.

Thank you that as I take my thoughts captive and bring them into alignment with the truth of Your word, You will change me from the inside out.
Today I choose to put my faith in You and to bring you my weakness of ________________________. May Your strength be made perfect in this very place of my weakness.
I look with confident expectation for Your help and Your hope.
With thanksgiving I pray this in the powerful name of Jesus, amen.

I am grateful to see so many people encouraged by this beautiful devotional. God is so good in His mercy and grace! I am praying that you are feeling much better tonight for the graduation, Cathy! God bless you and your students!
Good devotional to remind us of the power of the Holy Spirit working in us. I, too, have many weak points. Today I am having trouble focusing as I am taking lots of medicine for a persistent cold virus. I ask the holy spirit to help me to focus today so I can be present and alert to all my students I meet with today. I also have to make it through graduation tonight. Thanks you LORD.
I love the thought of laying my weaknesses at Jesus’ feet and allowing Him to fill me with the power of His Holy Spirit in their place! I, too, am appreciative and encouraged by this devotional, Gail! Thank you so much.
I would have to say that my greatest weakness is fear of rejection, which has kept me from in a pattern of hiding away from people for years. Yet I love being with people, and I believe the Lord is going to use this weakness to help me embrace others and bring His love and Word to them through His Spirit’s gift of teaching and encouragement. Praise be to God, Who has given us everything we need to live the abundant life that Christ Jesus came to give us!
Gail this is a great devotional today! I must admit I have many weak spots the biggest is self esteem BUT with a renewed heart and mind such is being built up on God’s Word and the working of the Holy Spirit within. This very day I knew God was calling me to partake in an outreach through my church but my old self wanted to stay home and HIDE…yet the power of the Holy Spirit aided me in an awsome way that is hard to put in words. The energy, love and enthusiesm bubbling/flowing out of me during this new nursing home outreach forming was done in HIS strength working through a willing vessel wanting to serve.
powerful!I appreciate the Word and prayer being combined.
Your devotional encourage me a lot. Thank you! Blessings!
