DRIME Paraguay recently took a short trip to Caaguazú, three hours away from their usual ministry location in Asunción. This trip was for the purpose of training youth in the DRIME tool, equipping these fellow believers in drama and evangelism training so that they could reach their own community. Here is a story of how someone they met was inspired by the vision and was equipped to share the gospel in his own city.
Enrique was one of the participants at the workshop in Caaguazú. He shared that his life had been a total mess, where he had been involved in crime, drugs, and other harmful activities. However, he had met Jesus, and this relationship totally changed his life. “That is the reason why I want to learn more about how to share His word! I want others to know about Jesus, that is why I go out and talk to people in my area.” Enrique was accompanied by 4 boys from his church, all of whom were all 12 years old. All of them were learning the dramas with enthusiasm!
After the workshop, this group of youth, along with members from DRIME Paraguay, went to the streets to use what they had learned to share the love of Jesus with those who were in need of his love. Through Enrique, who spoke through the power of the Holy Spirit, two boys invited Jesus into their lives that afternoon on the Plaza.
What a mighty God we serve! When people who are passionate about Christ step out in boldness and share his love with others, God is faithful in return, and changes lives in the process.
