Dr. Bruce Gordon

Bruce and Denise have been married for 36 years and have three married sons, a granddaughter and grandson. Their three sons and daughter-in-laws are grads of Trinity Western University.

Bruce holds a Professional Accounting Designation ( CGA), MBA and an Honourary Doctorate of Education.

Bruce has been involved in a number of Organizations in ownership and Senior Administrative positions. They have included President of Tyndale College & Seminary, Toronto, President of Focus on the Family, Canada and Adjunct Faculty for the Department of Business of Trinity Western University (TWU). In 1998 he joined Campus Crusade for Christ, Canada as Director of Human Resources and Director of Family Life, Canada. In 2004 - 2007, Bruce accepted the invitation to become Sr. Advisor to the President, Campus Crusade, Canada. In addition, he is also an Advisor on the Birkman Method for Leadership Development to the President, Campus Crusade, International. Bruce is also a Senior Advisor to Dr. Roger Birkman, Birkman International Inc. Bruce is now a senior resource on leadership transition to Power To Change (formally Campus Crusade, Canada).

Bruce & Denise established Mentor Matrix Services Inc. www.mentormatrix.com, in 2001, with the mission “ To assist organizations manage development and growth through maximizing the effectiveness of their people and other resources, thus achieving their mission / vision.” Bruce and his Associates are resources on Board Governance, Leadership Development, Teambuilding and Executive Coaching to Para Church Ministries, Corporations and Denominations and have consulted in North America, United Kingdom, India, China, Europe, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Some of these include World Vision, SIM, Navigators, Saddleback Church etc.

Bruce is a Consultant and Trainer with Birkman International Inc., Houston, Texas, www.birkman.com. He is an Associate with Triaxia Partners, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, www.triaxiapartners.com. He is also an Executive Coach.

Denise is also a Consultant with Birkman International Inc as well as a Coach/Mentor. She also serves as the BC Director of Womens’ Ministries for the Christian & Missionary Alliance Denomination.

Bruce and Denise speak extensively on leadership and teambuilding and are a Speaker Couple for the Family Life Marriage Conferences. Bruce is an Elder at their Church, Tsawwassen Alliance and both of them speak and lead Bible studies at their local church.

Always striving for balance, they enjoy their family, fun days, entertaining, jogging and reading. They reside in Vancouver, British Columbia.
