Larry Barbee

Larry Barbee was born and raised in the same town in North Carolina as he does now.

He is a Christian and celebrates his born again birthday on November 18, 2000 when he was sixteen. He is not married, his only dependent is his four legged boy named Sam V (for the fifth). Despite this Larry is a devoted family man, and loves his immediate family (parents and younger sister), most of his extended family , and his family in Christ. Yes, I'm heterosexual and not ashamed of meeting possible Mrs. Rights online as well as in the "real" world.

At 45, Larry is on disability, but continues to enjoy his favorite vocations -- writing and scuba diving.

While he has written on many topics, Larry considers his Spiritual writings to be a Christian ministry.

Larry has alopecia (the male pattern kind) and often shaves off what he does grow. During his college days he often wore wigs as well as sporting his shaved look for variety and he discovered that turning something most people think of as bad (hair loss) into something good, encouraged others to approach him and share the problems and hurts in their lives.

Even before he lost his hair Larry had an appreciation for the beauty bald headed women posses and hopes that they discover and appreciate their special beauty, too.

If Larry's essay on baldness and self esteem has been helpful to you feel free to email him. If he doesn't respond immediately he must be either under water or working on his writing.
