Full-time Careers


God has a unique plan for your life.  Ministry can happen in any of the marketplaces of the world but sometimes God calls us to full time vocational ministry.  If you feel that this is what God has for you, we’d love to hear from you. 

Most of Power to Change’s full time staff members raise support to cover their salaries.  Talk about a faith adventure!  If you feel that this is what God has for you, we have the tools and training to make what can seem impossible into your everyday reality.  Power to Change has staff members who have raised support for 20 or 30 years or more.  We can put you in touch with them to hear their stories of how God has provided beyond what they could ever ask or imagine.

A life in ministry has eternal impact.  Imagine knowing that because of what you do today, someone will come to know Christ.  That’s an incredible adventure.

Commissioned Staff:

As a full-time missionary with Power to Change you’ve got passion and you’ve got purpose. You will see Jesus change lives with your very own eyes.

Imagine bringing hope through Jesus Christ to a university student overwhelmed by the pressure to perform, or to the woman who is about to walk out on her family.  Be a part of bringing hope to the boy whose childhood has been destroyed by war, or to the lonely teenager who has no where to turn but to the comfort of his computer screen. These people need Jesus.  You can help them find Him.

Our missionaries work internationally, on university campuses, in offices, on the soccer field, online… pretty much anywhere where we can reach people for Christ. We work directly with people to share Christ’s love in action, to build believers to maturity, and to equip them to go out and do the same.

But we don’t do it alone. We can’t. Our vision is much bigger than just one person. Each of our staff members builds a personal partnership team to finance and prayerfully support their ministry.

Raising support is a matter of obedience, not of feelings. If God calls you to a supported ministry position, then He will provide everything you need to fulfill your ministry – including emotional strength and perseverance.
