You have taken the right first step in beginning a relationship with Jesus. He offers us forgiveness…total and complete. But the larger issue is often whether or not we can forgive ourselves or others. You recognize that you have hatred in your heart, so may I suggest that you go for some professional counseling in order to deal with that? It isn’t as easy as just trying to do it on your own, but involves getting to the root issues.

Ive made some terrible mistakes and its hard to forgive myself or them. I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and I ask daily to have deliverance from this situation. I have so much hatred in my heart for someone. I know in my heart that it will get better day by day but I have some really bad days that I dont feel I can get through. I recently lost my job and was suicidal because of this situation. I would love and appreciate your prayers.
