When u feel secure of your life even after death, then things will definetly be different as only faith in Jesus can give security after death. Then the knowledge of security will impact the way u lead yourself in every sphere of life makes u a different person free from unhealthy stress.

really it is an interesting topic to be discussed. In fact there are many traits and qualities that a person must have if s\he is to be considered as a leader. ” Failure is not a dead-end in life” this a blueprint for success that leads to one of the leadership success.

if you want to be a Leader certain inborn traits reveals that you would become a great leader in future.The Team work, unselfish attitude, Involvement ,commitment, dedication and Lead by example.All these traits make a person to become a great leader.The HARD work + SMART Work will lead to success of any person.80% your Effort(all the above)20% GOD’s wish.

Leader is not born just like that.Few leaders are born.Most of the leaders are made not because of Luck, because of their qualities ,untiring effort and fire in the belly for the success.

Dabeer, thank you for your comments. I was interested in how you said "I working hard to get secure my life but always getting obstacles in my way" Have you ever considered that there seem to be obstacles in the way of working hard to secure your life because it's impossible to be secure by doing works? This is the problem with nearly all religion: How good is "good enough"? How many works does it take to be saved? Under such a system, peace is impossible, because a person is never sure if they are secure. It can be very stressful and discouraging to try to live under such a works-based system. The truth is that we cannot work ourselves right with God. That would be like a person drowning in quicksand trying to pull themselves out; it won't work. We need someone to do for us what is impossible to do for ourselves. There is another way, in fact only one way, the alternative to trying to work ourselves right with God. I am totally agree what you have written , I am Muslim but have full faith & belive on almighty GOD.
I working hard to get secure my life but always getting obstacles in my way .Faith on GOD is giving me strenght for knowing & acheiv ing which is simply in illusions .
