I have just finished McKenzie’s book. In it, I read that you have become a Christian. Now I know it is true. I am so happy for you! You have found the true, good, and loving Father of us all. And you are in “our” family. God bless you and those who unashamedly lived their faith in front of you. I am praying for McKenzie also to come to know her real Father. To be carved into His image, and as you so rightly stated, to become more of whom she authentically, truly is. See you are the Table!

Chynna if you ever read this… Hi again… I flew you and Billy back from your honeymoon/Athens-JFK. (You came up to the cockpit because you were apprehensive about flying.) Saw you on TV re. your Christmas album and ended up here.

It takes some courage these days to admit being a Christian because the attacks are inevitable. e.g. The skeptics on this site that nastily blast you and Stephen and will tolerate almost anything but revile Christians if they are less than perfect, (ALL OF US).

To them, to you, to all of us… ignorance of God is pandemic because too few bother to read His “Owner’s manual”… an anthology of 66 books, written on 3 continents in 3 different languages over a period of 1,600 years. The “Owners manual” is ignored and we do damage to the “equipment,” (ourselves), and each other. The Harvard Law Professor, Simon Greenleaf, was an expert in evidence. He was challenged to examine the evidence of Christ… he became a Christian. The evidence is overwhelming if you will take the time to study it. Give yourself a Christmas present. Read John… study it… obtain eternity in heaven and God throws in an abundant life now, (regardless of your circumstances.)

Hey good for you, Chynna! So glad Jesus is concerning himself with you and the other Baldwins; as well as fine tuning your career! Too bad he forgets all about the people in the Sudan, Africa, and other world countries where something as simple as food would be nice. But, I guess he’s too busy honing your career and amassing your wealth back to what it was!

Dyspeptic Skeptic: You sound like you have a lot of anger, and I can certainly understand how your relative annoys you.
But, you wrote about Stephen Baldwin (not Billy, that’s Chynna’s husband): “Typical of this type of person they raise all the hell they can while they’re young until the well runs dry. Then they’re onto the next phase scam.” How are you able to judge whether another person’s faith is authentic or “the next phase scam”? People can and do change. Would you prefer that each of us continues to do wrong and stay where we are? Regardless of whether you feel a person is worthy of redemption, God loves us so much that he shows us mercy and gives us a 2nd chance to have a relationship with him. And that opportunity is available to you too.

The fulfillment of our lives is LOVE as it like it said Love one another as I have loved you says the Lord God if we apply this in real life we easily understand word of God in our lives, to understand other people around you, learn to love them as what they are or what status they lives will be.with the word of God we learn to focus our way in meaningful life for we have one life to live, in every of our steps we learn to think twice even the delibaration of our word to others we think before we say it, so we cannot hurt to others in every word of God; He teach us to control ourselves in times of trials comes in our way we must be humble and patient and always have positive thinking for the word of wisdom is in you,for Gods love and understanding is our strenght and stand firm more on our faith to Him

as it like it said 1 Cor 10:13
No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. and God is faithful; He will not let you tempted beyond what you can bear. but when you are tempted, He will also provide a way so that you can stand under it. as it like it said others may forget you but not shall I. even in your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you, I made you and carry you and I will rescue you says the Lord God Isaiah 46:4 for your name was in Gods hand even detailed of your life.God is with us always, He never leave us or forsake, God never say “NO” but with His word you may understand How He guide you in all your way; for sometime He gave us trials to have lesson to rememeber as it like it said Heb 12:5-6 and you have forgotten the word of encouragement that address you as son “my son do not make light of the Lord discipline and do not lose heart when He rebukes you because the Lord discipline those He loves, and He punishes everyone to accept as a son for this you know God loves you so much. He just want us to realized something wrong or to remember that God never forget you.give all your worries for Lord God is lowly and humble in heart and learn from Him and you will find the rest of your soul.always pray to God talk to him privately, meditates His word

I was pleased to find out about Chynna’s belief. I’m not a groupie or fan, I happened along this site via a news article but I have heard of some of her tunes. Chynna if you are out there, I hope you make a difference in the world. To those reading… it is not a matter of solely finding “comfort”, it is not a matter of finding “oneself”, it is not a matter of finding “peace”, it is a matter of finding the one who created you, and understanding our myopic tendencies of viewing life within all we can physically see, hear and touch. In that process, yes we will find peace, ourselves, and etc. but the motive is important. If the skeptics were more secure and courageous in finding more in and about life than just themselves, a look at the overwhelming number of prophetic events fulfilled in Christ might turn their head some. I do not mean that as a chest poker but something indeed to consider… you might be surprised. It is not about whether we’re perfect, have been perfect or going to be perfect, it is about what is truth for us when we get to the end of our lives and mankind. Unfortunately, as mentioned by one skeptic here, he has a point. There are believers who conduct themselves a bit over bearing, or believers who miss the mark, screw up royally or worse those committing unspeakable crimes as in the Elizabeth Smart case and religion was the shield for her perpetrators vile acts. However Christ died for even those who have committed such and it is everyone’s choice to choose or not choose Christ. The gift of freewill and how else should it be… who wants to “make” someone love and follow them, as it is not love but dictatorship and there is no satisfaction in that. I will say as well that we all are in various stages of living according to God’s Word and we are merely a snapshot of what we were, what we are, and what we will be, depending on when that snapshot is taken. No different than anything else in life. The greatest athlete if looked at by a scout when they were 10 would have hardly shown the potential he or she had as a young adult with years of work and practice. It is amazing to me that because we are believers that aspect is not afforded us by critics and instead we are expected to be perfect role models the minute we believe. As I say, a bit myopic and immature if I might add as well… I will expect then everyone to glean and A plus score by merely picking up a math book and touting they’ve signed up for the class.
