How Can I Find Peace?

I have found that when I am only concerned about what Christ thinks and live for him then even when I fail I measure up to his expectations. If you ask how can I measure up to someone who is perfect? The answer lies within the cross as Christ died for my failures so when I fail I ask for forgiveness and he gives me the power of the holy spirit to not sin as much. I have learned in life not to measure myself to the expectations of other human beings but to ask Christ to give me the strength to change and be an encouragement to others and to use my gifts he has given me to help others.
i think its sad when parents or authority people put immpossible expectations on people, ones they can’t even measure up to.
