Lord God I thank You for the way that You have cared for Johanna as she has faced these battles with cancer. I pray that You would continue to give her confidence in her relationship with you and peace that helps carry her through difficult days. I also ask Lord that You would heal her and set her free from the pain of this disease. In Jesus name, amen.

That is so true Joyce! It is also at those times that we are able to see our need for God and the people around us that care about us.

  • Sometimes it is our darkest times that are also our most enlightening times. It’s when we’re able to see beyond the adversity that we see the real meaning of life.
