Soul Cravings Recap (8 of 8)
“Our souls long for the One that we love. Our posture in life, for everyone of us . . needs to be that we need, every day of our lives, to be seekers.” In the final video of this series Erwin recaps the cravings of souls and the importance of finding the One who satisfies them.
How do you go looking for the One your heart loves? Ask your friends if they have ever felt empty. This can start a conversation where you can talk about how God fills your soul, how He takes away the emptiness in your life. In the conversation you can ask them Erwin’s question “Why do you keep acting like God is the one trying to avoid you?” You can talk about times when you might have felt this way. Remember that before we ask someone to open up to us, we have to open up to them. Come to conversation prepared to share your own story.

Hi Dawn, I am glad that you have found this site in a time of need. I know that God will use it in your life to help focus your attention on Him and the way He is providing for your life.
Heavenly Father, I pray for Dawn as she goes through this study series that You would speak in a way that she would hear You, and that she would be empowered by Your Spirit to follow where You lead her. As You uncover painful parts of her life I ask that You would bring healing and comfort to those things that she has not been able to face on her own. Fill her life with a knowledge of You and create in her the character of Jesus Christ. Amen.
This was so wonderful. Been going through some rough times and today I felt especially discouraged. Listened to all of the Soul Cravings. Will probably come back often to get a boost from these lessons. Please keep me in your prayers as I seek the Lords guidance during these troublesome times.
