Joyce was born in Ithaca, N.Y. Her parents were in Bible college when her sister and she made their debut, joining her brother who was two at the time. Her parents faithfully served the Lord and taught her through their service. She married her husband,John, after graduating from Evangel University with a teaching degree. John worked for a company that did government contracts so the family moved frequently. After 10 years of marriage John and Joyce were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Sharon. Joyce has lived in at least seven states and overseas and has taught in public, private and homeschooling situations. Her motto is: Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might …(Ecc. 9:10) as unto the Lord.
