Christian Women Today’s new site has launched!
CWT is now part of PowertoChange.com. Along with all of your CWT favorites the new site includes more video and blogs, bigger images, commenting throughout the site and lots of opportunities to get involved in mentoring and chat. We hope you’ll love it as much as we do.
The Powertochange.com site has been divided into three main areas – Discover, Experience & Inspire. You can access each area through the tabs in the top left hand corner.
Christian Women Today is in the Experience area. If you find yourself in another area of the website and want to get back to CWT, just click on the “Experience” tab and then click on “Women” in the navigation.
Sites listed in the Discover area are designed to introduce your friends to Christ. If you’re looking for a site to recommend to your non-Christian friends, try Women Today Magazine (click on the “Discover” tab and then click on “Women” in the navigation) .

Where can I find the Women’s Daily Devotionals?
Your daily devotionals can be found in the CWT navigation between Prayer and Forum.
Where is the Discussion Board?
The CWT Discussion Board in in the CWT navigation as Forum.
Can I get to the Christian Women Today homepage or my favorite article using the old links?
Absolutely! If you have bookmarked something you visit often those links will redirect to the same place on the new site. You will always be able to use Christianwomentoday.com to reach the site.

Please change the “Sex and Love” tab to something like “Love and Relationships”. When the change appeared some time ago, I saw that tab and avoided the site altogether. It makes the website seem non-Christian, and R-rated.
When I finally checked a specific article from Christian Women Today, I realized it was still trying to have a Christian perspective.

Yeah! I’m finally getting my daily devotionals again. Thank you!
It’s November 28, and I am still not receiving my devotionals in e-mail. I tried subscribing again today, but so far, there is no confirmation in my e-mail. :-(

I am sorry to hear you have not been receiving your devotionals. I have checked for your name in our system and it shows you are on a list that should be receiving the devotionals so I will be connecting with our technical team to determine the problem.

I no longer receive my Daily Devotional. Where is it? In my comment which disappeared, I mentioned the fact that I have resubscribed several times and still get no response. Please respond one way or the other!

I am very disappointed and sad! I no longer receive my Daily Devotional via e-mail. I have written, resubscribed several times, but have not received a Devotional since October 26th. Nothing has changed about my location, e-mail address or desires. Where is my devotional? I miss it badly.

Glad you were able to find the Life Lessons aka Online Studies Sandi! We want to continue to highlight those and are looking forward to the day when they are migrated into our new format.
Cheryl, sorry you don’t like the new look. The old one was over 10 years old so it really was time for a new look.
Shea, there are several different ways to find topics on the new site. The navigation is actually very much the same. For example, if you click on Spiritual Growth, scroll down to the middle of the page and you will see “other categories” and those are the ones that were on the old system. Each of the main navigation items is set up that way.
The very top navigation is for the entire powertochange.com site, so make sure you are looking at the navigation that is directly under the Christianwomentoday logo where it says:
CWT > spiritual growth | sex & love | family | beauty | life | closet issues | prayer | devotionals | forum
If you click on Prayer, you will see in other categories: Spirituality, purpose, how to pray, family, Bible study, small groups, faith and parenting.

Can’t find the section that i went to to read the different topics..
Marriage etc. I find it a bit harder to find things
I don’t like the new website it seems more difficult to navigateand the whole look is not as pleasing.

You can find all the Bible Studies under Life Lessons in the top Navigation Bar which is actually the Navigation for the parent site, http://www.powertochange.com.

I had a bible study all picked out I was going to do and NOW I can’t find it.. I can’t find any bible studies don’t tell me you are not going to post them anymore… I was just getting use to the old site so I guess shouldn’t be tooo hard for me to use this one .. IF B/S still on here..
Thanks for your detailed explanations. We realize that some of the categories are not showing up where they need to be and we will be changing that very shortly.
Hi Toni. If you’re on the beauty page you will see a list of more articles at the bottom of the page. If you scroll down and see that list of articles you will also see a link at the beginning and end of the list that says “Older Entries”. If you click on that it will take you back to more beauty tagged articles. If you continue to click on that link on each page you will keep getting more.
It is called older entries because on our new site content is organized by the date it was added. So, going forward, the newest articles will be on the top of any list and will go backwards by date. If there is a specific article you are looking for don’t hesitate to ask us, or try the search feature.
I would also recommend trying out a new feature of our site that was not there before: tags. When you are viewing an article and would like to see more articles like that one, scroll down on the article page until you see a list of words in blue font called tags. You can click on any one of those words and instantly get a list of all the articles that have also been tagged with that word.
Tags are also there on the index pages such as Beauty; it is the list of words under each article in that list on the bottom of the index page.
You can use tags to find articles by the same author or about the same topic. It is a great way to expand beyond the index pages and also zero in on specific topics you are interested in.
If you have any trouble finding the tags or the older entries (more articles) just let us know. Hope this was helpful, thanks for honest feedback!
I use to enjoy your sections on beauty tips, hair care, home, garden and recipes and cant find any of them. When I click on beauty and scroll half way down as you suggest, I do not get more articles, only other categories of a different nature. Where do I find what Im looking for?

I find it unclear where to find the information that was on the previous site. On the previous site you could see at a glance what you were looking for. Not so on this site.
