Register for a conference in four easy steps:
1. Select Your Weekend to Remember Getaway Location
Select the location and date of the conference you wish to attend. REGISTER HERE
2. Determine your registration rate
The conference fee is paid directly to FamilyLife. Find the conference fee that applies to you:
Regular Rate: $299 per couple
Early Bird Rate: $199 per couple – to obtain this low rate, simply register 3 weeks prior to event start date.
Group Rate: $199 per couple + incentive: Get the 6th couple for FREE. Groups must include at least 5 couples. When registering online be sure to choose the registration type “Group Registrant”. To purchase a Group Gift Pack, Click Here. To learn more about Group registrations CLICK HERE.
Pastor Couples: All full-time pastors currently serving a congregation may attend the conference at the special rate of $99/couple. Meals and accommodation are not included. To register online, select the conference of your choice and be sure to select the registrant type “Pastor”
3. Register with FamilyLife (by one of these methods)
Online: To ensure that we will receive your registration right away, register online through our secure servers. Just click on the “Register Online” link under the Conference Listing of your choice on
the Dates & Locations page. Note: We offer a secure registration system, so you can feel safe completing your credit card information.
By phone: 1-800-247-3180 or 250-868-3056 (8:00 – 4:30 PST, Mon-Fri). Payment must be made by credit card.
By mail: Print out and complete the registration form on the online brochure. Mail it with your registration fee to the address listed on the form. Make cheques payable to “FamilyLife”. You are not officially
registered until payment is received.
4. Reserve your hotel room
We highly recommend staying in the conference hotel to maximize the experience of your Weekend to Remember.
All rates listed on the Dates & Locations page are per couple, per night. Reservations and payments for your accommodations must be made directly to the hotel.
All hotel reservations are subject to room availability. Be sure to book as soon as possible.
To stay in the conference hotel, make reservations by following these steps:
1. Call the conference hotel and ask for reservations.
2. Identify yourself as being with the FamilyLife Conference.
3. Give the date of the conference to receive the discounted room rate.
4. Guarantee your reservation with a credit card or advance deposit.
5. Verify the hotel’s cancellation policy in the event that you need to cancel your reservation.
Important Information
Meals and hotel accommodations are not included in the conference registration fee.
For assistance with registration, or for help with cancellations or a change in plans, call 1-800-247-3180. Should you be forced to cancel, please consider transferring your registration to another conference. The couple’s registration is refundable (minus a $30 processing fee) when you notify FamilyLife no later than 7 days prior to the conference. There is no additional charge to transfer to another Weekend to Remember Getaway.
FamilyLife cares deeply about children. However, to keep your weekend free of distractions and as a courtesy to other participants, please do not bring children (including nursing infants) to the sessions.
FamilyLife is unable to provide child care during the conference.

Group Rate: $178 per couple ($89/person) – group registration must be received at least 18 days prior to the start of the conference; see the Dates & Locations page for group discount deadlines. Pastor Couples: All full-time pastors currently serving a congregation may attend the conference at the special rate of $118/couple ($59/person). Registration is available by phone only. Please call 1-800-247-3180. (Meals and accommodation not included.)
