Hi Madison, It’s great to hear that you are enjoying the mentoring process and would like to become a mentor. I think that there might be a minimum age requirement to be a mentor. I have contacted our mentoring co-ordinator and will let you know when I hear back from her.
I would like to become a mentor, but i`m only 16 and I would talk about spiritual things, but i`m more interested in talking about other things. I have a mentor and she`s great. We talk about things other than spiritual things but we talked about those things before. I want to mentor people my age or younger. Can I do that? I would feel like I have more of a purpose if I could get a chance to mentor.

I have been a mentor for the last 6 months or so and I have enjoyed this global missionary experience right from my home. I can go to Africa and France and as I speak both French and English I can practice both. It has been a bit of a stretching experience but it has been very good for me as well as for others. Praise the Lord and thank you for this opportunity.

Hi guys, i want to help as a volunteer but my first language is spanish not english. My english is decent but it’s not perfect in terms of grammar, i understand it perfectly but i don’t have the language flow of someone whose english is native. hi there, i was a mentor for a couple of years. in the past year or so i ‘ve been on leave from it due to health reasons. my health has improved and i am feeling that i would like to do online mentoring again.
i was doing “beauty questions” at one point, of course using the opportunity to evangelize. as well, i answered brief questions about life issues, using scripture. i did not enjoy doing long studies with folks who wrote in, but enjoyed shorter discussions. is there room for me again at the mentor center?
