That is a very interesting statement Peter. Did you mean to say that 'fine tuning' does not necessarily indicate 'creator' or 'design'? The way you have stated this it sounds like you are saying that the evidence of 'fine tuning' suggests there is no 'creator' or 'design' and yet the very nature of fine tuning leaves at least the possibility of an intelligence that created the design.

I also find it interesting that in the introduction of your book "The Goldilocks Effect" you write that your book, "Explicitly rejects any religious or other superstitious interpretations". Why would you explicitly reject a potential option? Doesn't that immediately remove your objectivity? Aren't you limiting the results of your study if you proceed with that mindset?

The patterns indicative of "fine tuning" are persistent and pervasive, not only in the physical constants but also in the more familiar territories of biology and chemistry.

However, they in no way support the requirement for a "creator" or "designer.

Indeed, quite the reverse.

For a broad evolutionary explanation see "The Goldilocks Effect: What Has Serendipity Ever Done For Us?" (free download in e-book formats from the "Unusual Perspectives" website) WARNING: Those thoroughly indoctrinated with religious or other superstitious beliefs will balk at this model.
