Exploring Australia Video provided by: Josh McDowell Ministry
Missionaries all over the world have given their lives for the sake of sharing the Christian message. But why is Christianity so commonly rejected? According to Josh McDowell, many who reject Christian teachings are likely imbued with a caricature of Christianity instead of an actual investigation of historical evidence. He proposes that there is sufficient historical evidence to supplement the resurrection of Jesus Christ; however, some people have a tendency to reject propositions due to an ingrained philosophical bias. Josh discusses the nature of miracles, the role of human experience, and varied opinions of philosophers and historians while presenting an interesting argument for the propensity to deny Christianity.
