		<description>Good information. I beleive in looking after your body and filling it with vitamins and supplements to be able to manage lifesyle and enviroment. I do not take a multi vitamin and maybe I should, however I do take other supplements such as Spirilina, chlorophyll, Vitamin C, Krill oil and Magnesium. I like to change it around a little and try new things.</description>

Ive found profound nail growth taking biotin. Honestly, thats the only change i saw.

I took a months worth of fish oil(Huge pill!) and noticed nothing.  Maybe i wasnt supposed to.  Also seeing/feeling little difference in taking C and E.  Love my melatonin(only taken for quick sleeping.)  all vitamins are taken at night with milk.
