How to Deal with a Controlling Wife
I have a controlling wife who has no clue she is a controller. She is always frustrated with me. I could go on and on but I won’t. I’m in need of books to help either husbands of controlling wives or books on controllers and how to deal with their denial etc. Thank you.
Advice: Usually controllers marry someone who unconsciously wants someone else to make the decisions or has some dependency issues. A good book to start with is Dance of Anger by Harriet Lerner. Controllers and controlees both have strong anger issues and this book will help sort some of those out. Write back after you have read the book.
