My problem these days is that I’m becoming extremely sensitive to everything that is said or done to me. I could cry in seconds for the smallest remark, it is very easy to make me angry and start shouting, then crying. I don’t know what to do. There is nothing I hate more than shouting and being angry, but this is what I’m good at doing these days. I have been suffering through this phase for the last month and half.
Advice: If you could tell us more about where you live, what kinds of social opportunities you have and if there is a book store you can get things through that would help.
From what you have just said, it sounds as though you would benefit from a visit to your doctor. You have many of the symptoms of depression. Your doctor could help decide whether you would do better with Prozac, Wellbrutin or something else. If you start with this medication, you should see significant improvement within a month. Also you can make sure you are getting exercise, drinking lots of water, spending time in meditation (either in the Bible or something else you would prefer). Let us know how the doctor’s appointment goes.
