The solution to ultimate conflict resolution

The reality is, no matter how hard we try to be loving in what we do, our love is imperfect and we will let people down eventually.

But there’s hope! There is a greater love out there to help us love our friends deeply and unconditionally.

Jesus Christ was a master at resolving conflicts.

He taught people to love each other as they love themselves. He taught people to love their enemies. Imagine if every single person, group, culture and country in this world learned to love each other and their enemies, there truly would be world peace.

Not only did Jesus teach people how to resolve conflicts, he himself served to resolve the great conflict and gulf between people and God — the conflict of our imperfection and rebellion from God (sin) that offends Him and separates us from a holy, perfect and loving God.

Jesus came to live a perfect life of love and died in our place to pay the penalty for our sin and resolve the conflict between our sinful nature and God’s holy nature. He did this all so that we can be friends with God

and have a personal relationship with Him.

Through Jesus, we can have access to the power of God’s perfect love to love our friends deeply and unconditionally as He loves us.
