>I decided as a senior in high school what I would do. It was a surprise to come to the conclusion that I didn’t want to be a music teacher. I felt lost for a year before stumbling into the idea of being a physiotherapist.
>It was when I was taking a class in massage that I learned I really enjoy a good massage.
On the flip side, I hated physiology labs. Cadaver labs were not fun at all! Making that first cut into the cadaver was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.

>If you really want to make it in physiotherapy, determination and a love for the field of study is essential. That being said, relax and try to enjoy it!
>Never assume that the first class or lecture in the semester will be an easy one.
>Take the initiative, life goes by too quickly to let opportunities slip by.
Lessons: I hard time adjusting to my first year of university as I tried to find my place, find friends, find classes, find home! Once I found them, great friends are what made university a great experience.
>My values have been shaped by my experiences, both the good ones, like travel and friendships, and the bad ones, you know, all of the hard parts of life.
>When nobody’s watching, I’m a Martha Stewart.
>I’d hate to be without: my daytimer!
>My hero: Larry Boy, a computer animated cucumber in children’s videos.
>My dream: I want to learn to play guitar one day.
>Describe your room: Country like, with wooden cows (named Kyle and Kelli-Ann) on my stereo. The view from my window is the ski hill, COP, in Calgary.
>I love reading great books in my spare time. I also enjoy running and country music.
