3. What are some ways that stress is controlling your life right now? More thoughts...
Place your trust completely in God. When you do this, stress won’t rule your life. In John 14:1 Jesus states, "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me". What happens if you do this? Read Romans 15:13 to find out.

6. What things in your life are antidotes to stress? More thoughts...
God can be your main stress reliever. Read 1 Peter 5:7. God loves you so much, that he is willing to take all of your burdens and troubles off from your heart, and onto himself. That's why he sent his only son Jesus to die on the cross. Through prayer, and time with God, you can learn to put your trust in him, which is the ultimate stress reliever.
7. How can you overcome the need to be perfect? What can you do to realize that you don’t have to be perfect? More thoughts...
Because we are human beings, it's impossible to be perfect. We fall short of the glory of God, and it is literally impossible to be a perfect individual. When you feel weak, remember 2 Corinthians 12:9. God's power is made perfect through your weakness. Trust fully in God, and you will see that you don't need to be perfect or do everything perfect to obtain peace and joy in your life.
8. Where can you find true peace in life? More thoughts...
To find perfect peace and purpose in life, look to Jesus. Read John 14:6. Jesus clearly states that He is the way and the Truth and the Life. Through him you can find eternal peace, and fill the longing for a love that no one or nothing on earth can ever fulfill. How can you know God in a personal way in order to help you find peace in your life?
